You can choose from the 10 English Mile, 10 km and 5 km. Download the MyTrace app in the App Store or Google Play Store. Sign up via nnrunningday.nl and go through the steps. Then choose your desired start wave in the app. Stay in training for Sunday, Oct. 11, and make sure you show up at the "start" on time!
