10 EM

This year, the course of the 10 English Mile takes you along the river Maas and towards the ENCI site. Here you turn around and continue via Slavante towards Fort Sint Pieter and the Apostelhoeve, the oldest vineyard in the Netherlands. After Tapijn and the Aldenhofpark, you return to the city centre and finish on the atmospheric Markt!

10 km

During the 10 kilometres, as in the 10 English Mile, you follow the beautiful Maas until the ENCI site. This forms the turning point after which you make a tough climb at Slavante. This well-known curve combination is very popular among participants and thus indispensable for the course.

MVV 5 km

The course of the MVV 5 km is ideal for novice runners or anyone who enjoys short, fast distances. During the run, you will enjoy Maastricht's historic city centre and its small streets. The finish, like the other distances, is on the cosy Markt.
